Our Insight on the Vertiv Powersure 5 Family
The Liebert PowerSure 5 is a compact line-interactive UPS family with an LCD display, typically used for affordable server and telecom protection. Every model supports extended-runtime battery packs, giving the family useful runtime flexibility beyond what many compact line-interactive systems provide. Space efficiency is another strength: even the 5 kVA model fits within only 2U of rack space.
The main tradeoff is the Liebert interface, which has a learning curve and may require more familiarization than buyers expect from a smaller UPS. The product's history is also unusual, as Liebert skipped directly from the PowerSure 3 to the PowerSure 5 line. For customers who need a low-cost UPS for server or telecom equipment but still want an LCD interface, a compact footprint, and the option to add substantial battery runtime, the PowerSure 5 is a practical choice.
It is especially compelling where rack space is limited but extended runtime remains important, provided the operator is willing to learn the Liebert controls.

Shipping & Delivery
Freight
Since most UPSes are heavy we ship most systems on a pallet with our freight carriers to your dock. Smaller systems under 70lb can go Fedex/UPS. Contact us if you have special needs or outside the continental US.
Work Pricess
Each UPS or system is retested prior to shipping to make sure you receive the best experience upon receipt. Normally it takes us 2-3 days to complete your order. Contact us if you have special needs or rush requests.

Warranty
Unless specified otherwise, GreenLightUPS warranties all equipment for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. All Warranty claims require the end-user to attempt to diagnose and troubleshoot with our tech prior to any resolution. Batteries are expressly excluded from this Limited Warranty unless specifically identified as covered in writing at the time of sale.
