Shipping
FREE for most orders! We dispatch all orders the very same day if we receive them before 10am. Our default courier is Evri but for small letter box sized items we use Royal Mail. Our standard delivery is 24 hours. We find that customers have varying opinions of different couriers, generally depending on their location. For us we find that the majority of our Evri deliveries arrive on time. Should you have issues with Evri in your area, please contact us and we will see if we may be able to use another courier for your order. If you are still waiting for your parcel to arrive, please let us know, so that we can get in touch with the courier. Please note, that we are unable to send out replacement items until 10 days has passed, this is when an item is considered lost by the courier.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of a customer receiving their item, items must be unused and in a saleable condition, it is important that the item is returned well packaged to avoid any damage. Should the item not be returned in an unused, saleable condition your refund may be subject to cost of item charges. If you are unsure about returning your item, please contact us.
