They look Proof or Near Mint to Me one Side of the Coin shows the Amount and the other side Emblem With CCCP and the Hammer and Sickle the last photo Shows this. I bought this Years ago and Opened it one or Two Times. I am Not a Coin Expert They Look Mint and New to me. The Coins and the Case Weigh Over 2-lbs.
