In the unlikely even you receive a damage faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through Ebay. Please include as much detail as possible of the issue with any photos if appropriate. Our customer service team will then look at the best way to resolve the issue.

If you change your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, the item must be unopened and in as new condition when it arrives back to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, within 14 of purchase please label the item with the ebay reference number so we can process the order smoothly. Once the item is received our team will issue a refund to your original payment method less a handling and our postage fee.
