60 Day Returns Policy

We understand that the garage door, car and gate industry can be very confusing and mistakes can occur when buying products. We do our very best to support our clients and will work with you when a problem occurs. At a glance, our return policy is:

1. Any product can be returned for a refund within 60 days from the Date of Purchase.
2. Buy Remotes must be notified that an item is being returned, by opening an eBay Returns Case. If you do not know how to open one, we will assist you.
3. All products must be returned in the original condition they were sent, including any accessories, manuals or parts. We reserve the right to refuse a return when returned in a partial, used or damaged state.
4. All returning products must be accompanied returned via Tracked Postage. This is so we can both see where it is and in the event of a delay, we can chase up the package handler on your behalf

• If you order before 1pm, we will despatch your order the same business day. If placed after 1pm, we will despatch the next business day. Your item will be sent via a variety of methods, depending on the product’s size, weight and location.



• We offer registered and express post as a paid postage method in our checkout. If you order an item under $100 and do not select paid postage, we will send the item via Australia Post’s non-tracked Large Letter service.



• Please ensure the correct address is provided as we cannot change an address once the order has been placed.
