You are bidding on a snubber and mount set recovered from a crashed car. Therefore, it is a used part and will be in different stages of use.
That's why I am telling you right here:
If your snubber is not broken, you probably don't need to replace it.
>>
If your feel your snubber is "loose", the one I sell to you may be more
loose. Remember: my part is a used part just like yours.
Please view all the photos for information and
warnings. Photos are provided for reference, you will receive parts with
the correct part numbers indicated in the photos; photos do not
indicate the actual part being sent.
This part is no longer available from GM since 2020.
If your snubber bracket has part 15224954 stamped, then this snubber is the
correct part.
You are urged to apply a little grease on
the bolt threads to avoid the possibility of thread seizure or thread
stripping. Do not use impact tools. You may damage the mounting.
If
available, a spare bolt will be included in case you drop one and can't
find it. No attempt to clean the part was made, the part will be
shipped in the condition in which it was removed.
The
snubber part is not hydraulic nor is it spring loaded. Expanding and
contracting the snubber by hand can be expected. As long as your snubber
is not physically broken, your existing snubber is probably OK and
won't need to be changed. See photo. The item you will receive can be
elongated and compressed by hand.
It is your responsibility to verify part numbers.
Shipping discount applies if you purchase more than one.
To minimize delay and loss, your package is personally delivered to and handed to a post office clerk.
