Album is falling apart at the binding and shows wear-see photos

Date on inside cover is 1889 

There are so many different things inside.....some cards, Clark's Spool Cotton Cards, some cutouts, etc.  You must look at all photos to see exactly what you are purchasing.  I believe the items are glued maybe onto the pages.  Pages are brittle from being over 130 years old.
