Sparkplugs Limited - a UK based specialist retailer of spark plugs, glow plugs, ignition leads, distributor components, spark plug caps and other ignition related products. We also offer a full range of car service parts including filters, electrical assemblys such as alternators and starter motors, wiper blades, fuel injection components, automotive air conditioning components and braking components including discs, pads, shoes and drums.
We offer a range of products for cars and light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, garden equipment, marine engines and motors as well as Industrial engines and generators, all at extremely competetive prices.
The company has been trading since 2003 and became incorporated (Limited) in October 2006.
Sparkplugs Limited is a mail order business and as such we do not have a traditional shop for you to visit, this allows us to keep prices low and concentrate on what we do best - selling our products by mail order.
Our policy has always been to provide the most accurate information and references possible. In our line of business inaccurate or misleading information is worse than no information. We have never been interested in a 'quick sell' - we would much rather lose a sale than provide incorrect information or lead a customer to purchase an incorrect part.

Our usual opening hours are 9AM - 5PM UK time, Monday to Friday.
UK Delivery
We will always try to ensure orders placed before 3PM are despatched the same day but please be aware that same day dispatch becomes less likely if your order is placed after 3PM.
We use Royal Mail services across the entire UK. All of our listings include FREE economy UK shipping, this may be Royal Mail 48 (2 – 5 days estimated delivery) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 – 5 days estimated delivery) dependant on the order value.

Please note that some remote and island UK postcodes may be subject to delayed delivery.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer any International delivery options via eBay.
If a customer has ordered an incorrect part, or no longer requires the part purchased, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt on the provision that it has not been altered, adjusted, damaged or that any attempt to fit has been made. Packaging MUST be original, as supplied, and undamaged. Buyers returning goods as 'no longer required’ or 'ordered incorrectly’ are liable for return postage costs and are responsible for the goods until safely received at our return address in re saleable condition. If we do not receive your returned items we cannot issue a refund.
In the event that a part is suspected as faulty we will accept a return on the basis that it will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. If the part is determined to be not at fault, but functioning correctly, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
