This is new large unit with lots of
dies and amazing performance it will roll the steel tubes and bars with ease.
The roll bender is ideal
for use in professional workshops and at home where the space could be the
problem. Lots of extras included. The roll bender has been developed to ensure
a Performance and Reliability. Practicality and simplicity are key features of
this Unit. Ease to store and transport as only has 28kg so it can be moved
around by one person, 4 spare sets of dies (formers, rollers) comes with the
unit, for the next tubes:
1. Dies for round tube
42mm up to 3mm wall.
2. Dies for round tube
22mm up to 3mm wall
3. Dies for round tube
15mm up to 3mm wall
4. Dies for square tubes
up to 60 x 40mm x 3mm wall.
Also it can bend the
flat bars of up to 60mm x 8mm
This unit is capable
to make as a smallest rings of 400mm diameter, large arches and huge rings.
As you can see on the
photo it is really easy to disassemble and take ring out (only two bolts)
It will turn a job of
hours in minutes, it make a ring of 400mm with 25x25 square tube in 4min
(depends of operator), even an inexperienced person will learn fast to use this
machine and get a great results. Roll bender is made from heavy gauge steel so
it’s basically indestructible and it will last forever.
