This is a first day cover for the new Title IX se-tenant set of 4 commemorative postage stamps.

The cover is hand cancelled on the first day of issue Thursday March 3 - the 2 upper right stamps with the pictorial FDOI cancel at the US Dept of Education FDOI ceremony; the 2 lower left stamps with round dater from the Brentwood Station Main Post Office MPO in Washington DC. The latter cancellation was available *only* in-person at that post office. 1 of 3 serviced.
