**Conditions:
- CLEAN = cleanly opened from the back or top or bottom (no rips/tears on front art between the "POKEMON" logo on top of the pack and "_ Additional Trading Cards" [or similar wording] at the bottom - there could be small tears above or below these two points but the actual "art" in between will be clean.
- ACCEPTABLE = opened via scissors at top or bottom or has small rips/tears on front art
- RIPPED = opened without care (likely has rips/tears on the front art and/or cut with scissors at both top & bottom)
