WW2 Cruiser U.S.S. Atlanta CL-104 Sailor's Key Plate for Electrical Power

This came from a WWII veteran of the US Navy.  He saw service in the closing years of the war on the U.S.S. Atlanta.  CL-104 was a light cruiser launched in 1944 and survived the war.  The sailor was discharged in 1946.  (Note, he also had a large painting of the ship with its battle commendations, but that painting is not part of this listing).

2" wide x 1-1/8" tall metal oval plate with a keychain hole.
Stamped CARL F. WATSON EM3 ELECTRICAL DIV POWER U.S.S. ATLANTA".  The 3 has multiple numbers stamped over each other so he was likely promoted during his service.

Used, as-is.  Some oxidation and scratches.  See attached pictures.
