Nice looking tool. It’s not fully tested because the one bit it has, isn’t much of a bit. The top rotates fine. It’s in used condition. It has wear, scuffs and scratches. Overall, it looks decent. And looks like it’s built to last. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have a great day
