Here is an Awesome Matted and Framed Walter Lantz's Chilly Willy, Woody Woodpecker and Andy Panda Serigraph Cel Limited Edition and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and original paperwork. This cel comes ready to display in a nice frame and mat. The frame measures 12 inches by 16 inches,and the mat is also 12 by 16 inches. The sericel itself is about 8 by 10 inches. This serigraph pictures Chilly Willey, Woody Woodpecker and Andy Panda with balloons and Chilly with a horn. It is called "Party Pals" and is (LES002). It is truely awesome and I have had it in my collection for years now since I bought it new in 1991. I bought the whole set of 6 that they offered and have the original order form picturing all of the Serigraphs and a letter about purchasing them. These were limited to 5000 and put out by Universal Studios. I have had to down size and can no longer display them. But my loss can be your gain.
