It makes an ideal worry or rubbing stone for soothing the nerves and increasing one’s focus, and is a wonderful stone for banishing nightmares or negative thoughts. 

All Jaspers connect to the Earth and may be placed on the Base Chakra to stabilize and energize the physical body.
