Vtg Knee Hugger Elf Pixie Christmas Ornament Bell On Hat Cute Face.

Adorable little elf but he has some issues. His outfit was once white but now has yellowed in most areas. There are also some marks and worn spots in the fabric. His face has some residue around the brim of his hat. I have not attempted to clean him for fear of ruining the color.
