Lot of 51 John Player & Sons Tobacco Horse Racing Trading Cards/Transfers-27 Unique - FREE SHIPPING
First off, I will say I am not an expert on these cards/transfers. I found these when cleaning out my dad's house after he passed away. I think they are from the 1930s. There are 50 cards in the set. This lot contains 51 total cards. 27 of them are unique and there are 24 duplicate cards. They are in good condition for their age. There are no major stains or blemishes on the transfers. The ends are turned up slightly. I didn't want to do anything to them to try to flatten them. These are all horses from Great Britain/England. They are all Derby Winners and Grand Champion Winners. I have done a little research on a few of them and put what I found below. The writing is all in reverse because they are transfers. If you look at the reflection in a mirror you can read the cards/transfers.
