This hoodie is from a small store brand located in Minocqua, Wisconsin. It is in a Men's Medium size but could fit women in larger sizes.
The hood has 2 round blue marks shown in the pictures, and I am not sure if the manufacturer intended this since the mark blends in with the Tie Dye. The sweater does not have the string to adjust the hoodie.
