The 50th anniversary edition of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" from The Beatles. This Japanese edition exclusively features the high-fidelity SHM-CD format and comes with cardboard papers (26cm square) to set up a diorama (11 x 11 x 7cm) replicating the cover artwork. Design of the cardboard papers are different from the ones individually sold at stores. Comes with lyrics and a description.
[Disc 1] Original tracks, featuring new stereo mix
[Disc 2 & 3] Contains 33 tracks from studio sessions sequenced in chronological order of their first recording dates. Almost of them are unreleased, and features mix from 4 track session tapes for the first time.
[Disc 4] Original tracks and bonus ones in mono mix.
[Disc 5 & 6 (Blu-ray & DVD)] New 5.1ch surround audio mixes of the album and "Penny Lane" plus 2015 5.1ch surround audio mix of "Strawberry Fields Forever." Each mix done by Giles Martin and Sam Okell.
High resolution audio versions of a new stereo mix version of the album and 2015 hi-res stereo mix version of "Strawberry Fields Forever."
