IDE Flash Disk
The Adtron™ Flashpak™ model I25FB delivers high performance and durability with an
industry standard ATA/ATAPI interface and UDMA-100 in a 2.5-inch IDE fl ash disk of
fering sustained read/write rates up to 80 MBytes/sec and capacities up to 56 GBytes.
Designed with Adtron ArrayPro™ technology, the Adtron I25FB Flashpak disk performs
under conditions of extended temperatures, high shock and vibration and rapid tem
perature gradients.
The I25FB Flashpak disk uses Adtron SmartStorage™ architecture to deliver excep
tional sustained read/write performances and capacities to meet your demanding ap
plication needs. Adtron I25FB Flashpak fl ash disks are low profi le, 2.5-inch fl ash disks
that provide the same storage functions found in hard disk drives, plus the enhanced
operating reliability of long life mean time before failure (MTBF) and rugged durability.
The industry PATA interface simplifi es the integration of fl ash storage into almost any
computing platform and operating environment.

ArrayPro Performance Engine: This new generation of Flashpak flash disk incorporates advancements in the Adtron ArrayPro performance engine that provides parallel access and management of flash arrays within a single SSD. As Alan Fitzgerald describes, "ArrayPro separates an Adtron flash disk from the low-end single array SSDs and those that employ caching technologies that require battery back-up and whose performance are highly application dependent."The Adtron products deliver sustained read/write performance in the 70MB/sec range, delivering the solid state industry's best performance and far exceeding the capabilities of rotating media (HDDs).
