For sale is an original vintage chenille patch from Reitz Memorial Hugh School in Evansville, Indiana. It dates to 1936 and probably was worn on a student’s sweater or jacket. It measures 3 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches and is in very good condition. Memorial High opened in 1925, so this patch is quite early and hard to find. It is the oldest Memorial patch I have seen in nearly 50 years of collecting Evansville -area memorabilia. See my listings for other items, including patches.
