This pen and pencil set is in average to below average condition. The box and included items are in good condition. The pen and pencil show light tarnish which appears that it could be cleaned mostly. The pens are engraved with the Sylvania logo. Also marked 1/20th 10k gold filled. The pen seems to not twist - and is currently stuck in the “open” position. I don’t know if it’s a flaw or maybe had the wrong cartridge in it but worth noting since I’m not sure how to fix it.
