Closely related to the habanero, Scotch Bonnet Red hot peppers are known for their small wrinkly appearance (and with a bonnet shape that gives the variety its name). Seeds are slow to germinate and need warm, moist conditions, best to start under glass 8 weeks before moving to the field.
