This kettle is shown in the second photo (cook system) on the left with the stainless steel oil drum underneath.  It was used to heat and mix vegetable oil for frying.  In addition to the heat from the steam-jacket, two electric heating elements mounted on the top cover were used to heat vegetable oil to frying temperature.  100 % tested and in excellent condition
