WILL COMBINE SHIPPING, so check out my other auctions so you can combine wins and save on shipping.  Shipping charges do not include any additional taxes or charges such as state or federal sales taxes, etc. Pay Pal Protection Program requires packages to be insured and US Postal System for lost or damaged parcels. It does not cover packages that are undeliverable or not picked up.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS 

Shipping is in an flat rate international padded envelope. The envelope can be filled without increasing the shipping charge. If interested in more than one item, contact me, and I will let you know if everything you want will fit in the flat rate envelope. THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING RATE IS 24.99-  Ebay requires the seller to insure the package under their protection program, however, certain countries cannot be insured. If you live in one of these countries, I cannot ship the package uninsured, so will give you a refund. 

Please know that the insurance only covers the amount paid for the item itself...not for shipping charges, and in many cases, shipping costs are more than the item itself.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING CHARGES. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs, IF ANY,  will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Also, we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" to lessen these charges - US and international government regulations prohibit such actions. It also reduces insurance value. In many cases, I mark "Do not return to sender" so there would be no additional shipping cost.
