We accept returns! If there is any problem with your item we’ll gladly take it back and provide a full refund, however we are not able to offer eBay return labels due to their high cost.

We regularly check our competitors prices to make sure we are the cheapest on all of eBay, so usually the cost of these return labels is much higher than what we sell our items for, and in order to offer eBay return labels we’d have to raise our prices.

If you need to return because of a problem with your item we will send you a postage paid envelope with our address on it. All you need to do is place the item inside the envelope and then pop that in a post box. Once you confirm this is done we provide your refund/replacement on the same day, with eBay return labels you usually only receive your refund up to 3 days after the seller has confirmed they received it. So doing returns our way means that we can keep our costs reasonable, and also guarantees a quicker refund for you.
