Circular was a promotional magazine published weekly by Warner/Reprise in the 1970's. This eight page issue has a Gahan Wilson cover.  The main article is on the band Tower Of Power with short record reviews of Bob Weir and Arlo Guthrie.  This issue is in good condition.  There is a fold down the middle, this is how it was originally shipped by Warner/Reprise.
