One full ticket stub for the Cincinnati Reds vs. the Atlanta Braves on October 3, 1981 in Cincinnati

Cincinnati Reds lost to the Atlanta Braves 3–4 on October 3, 1981, and were eliminated from the MLB playoffs

Ticket is beautiful! As nice as I have ever owned for a ticket this age

Significant game ticket as the reds had the best record in baseball, but were eliminated from the playoffs with this loss:

The Reds finished the 1981 season with a 66–42 record, the best in Major League Baseball, but failed to make the playoffs because of a midseason strike. The strike split the season into two halves, and the Reds finished second in both halves by small margins. The Reds' final game of the season was against the Braves on October 4, which they won 3–0

-George foster home run
-Rick Mahler winning pitcher
-Johnny Bench played first base and went 0 for 4
-Tom Seaver started, but had no decision
