This is a Vintage Chinese Boy holding a large Pot Salt & Pepper Shakers, Made in Japan. 

This Shaker set is a rare design where the Boy is the Pepper Shaker and the Pot he is holding is the Salt shaker combined into one piece. The Chinese Writing on the pot reads, "Prosperity".

The Set is in very good condition with no cracks. NOTE*** There is a small chip on the bottom of the Pot. This is shown in close up in the last picture.

The Shaker is 3 1/2" tall by 3" wide. The Set weighs 2.3 OZ.
