This is a rigid (non stretch), gathered, flounce lace trimming. 

It has a finished, bound top edge and a bottom flounce edge with a pretty flower and drape design.  

The lace is excellent quality with a soft handle and drape and is one of the few lace trims still made in Nottingham - BUY BRITISH!!
