Tove Jansson's books are little havens, loved by children and adults alike. Set in a magical utopia, these stories chronicle the charming adventures of the Moomins and their friends, and celebrate the importance of togetherness and creativity.

The Moomin family are no strangers to collecting treasures, and Folio's new edition of 'Finn Family Moomintroll' would sit well amongst them. This hardback edition is beautifully bound in printed textured paper and housed in a pastel-coloured slipcase featuring an illustration of the idyllic Moominvalley. All Tove Jansson's enchanting illustrations have been colourised for the first time by Neil Gower. There are 136 pages printed in 4-colour throughout. Chapter heads are decorated with colourful drawings of all our favourite Moomin characters, and nestled in the back of the book is an exclusive print, also colourised for the very first time, depicting the inhabitants of the Moominverse in all their glory. There are also llustrated endpapers printed in 2 colours. The book measures 9'' x 6¼''.

First edition thus, first impression. Printed and bound in Slovakia.
