These cards are brand new and the decks are still sealed in their original plastic wrappers.  They are in a velvet covered light blue box that says "CONGRESS Playing Cards CUL-U-TONE FINISH" on the outside of the box.  The two decks that are included are: African Violet - Midnight and African Violet - Thunderhead.  You could use these cards to play poker, bridge or any card came that uses a regular 52 card deck.  I don't know the actual age of these cards.  But, they are probably from the 1960s or 1970s.  I found them when cleaning out my parents house.
