General Information for Ceramics & Pottery

I assume basic wear and tear (caused by age, normal handling or cutlery use where applicable) to be expected on used items, which are often vintage.  Items are without any major chips, cracks or marks - unless they are mentioned in the description, and shown in the photographs.  That said I can miss things so please let me know if you are unhappy with the condition of any item purchased.

I am always happy to consider offers, and if you are purchasing more than one item I am happy to combine postage when I can.  Sometimes a box becomes too large or heavy when combining items so it isn't always possible.

If you are buying more than one item and want me to combine the postage please add items to your shopping basket and click "Request total from seller" button for an invoice.  I will then send you an invoice with the revised postage costs which you can pay before I ship.

Postage

In most cases I use Evri who I have found to be reliable, I also use Yodel for some areas in the UK where it is substantially cheaper.  If you have a preferred shipping method let me know and I will do my best to accommodate that but please note that if your preferred delivery is more expensive than my usual suppliers I will need to charge a supplement.  

I pack in the evening and ship in the morning so items are usually shipped the day after purchase.
