Chair measures 21 inches tall. Seat measures 11 inches from floor. Seat measures 9.5 inches in diameter.

I also have three matching adult sized chairs listed.

I can probably take the back off of the chair, to save some cost on shipping. It is attached with bolts and nuts.

I have not attempted to remove it, but don't think it would be very difficult.
