6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first. Then please reach out directly to the shipping company.
• If there are delivery issues, contact us via eBay messages and we will assist with a courier investigation.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can arrange a solution.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a product with a major failure.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange if a product:

• Is faulty or damaged
• Is significantly different from the description
• Does not do what it is supposed to do

3. Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion with a 15% restocking fee, provided that:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging undamaged
• Proof of purchase is provided

Please note: Shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and restocking fees may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

5. How to Request a Return

To lodge a return request, please:

2. Find the purchase and under ‘More Actions’ select ‘Return this Item’
3. Wait for approval and return instructions
4. Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Wilkos Marine is not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Dispatch Times & Stock Availability

We carry a wide range of products in our warehouse and regularly check stock levels with our suppliers throughout the day. Each product listing displays current availability and estimated dispatch times.

Examples:

• Example 1:
  "14 available – dispatches in 2 days"
  This means there are 14 units available at the supplier, and we expect to dispatch your order within 2 business days.
• Example 2:
  "In stock – dispatches same day"
  This indicates the item is in stock at our warehouse and will be dispatched the same day if ordered before our daily cut-off time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email from eBay — and in some cases, directly from the freight company — containing your tracking details.
