Fresh leaf is used as an edible food or tincture. Our dandelion powder is ground from organically cultivated, roasted roots. Roasted dandelion root powder makes a wonderful addition to baked goods, coffee substitute beverages, herbal infusions, and can also be used as a natural dye.
