Brand new, but opened (minifigures and accessories carefully removed). Also no comic (if there ever was one) is included. All instructions present. Never built. Item totally unused, unbuilt. Carefully opened (minifigures and accessories have been removed, otherwise complete). 

To offer 'free' postage, the box will not be included (despite being pictured). If you require the box, please contact me before buying and I will adjust listing/postage to include the box. The Lego itself will be well protected regardless. Original instructions included. Please be clear about the minifigures not being included - no returns of refunds for not reading the description properly (ie due to figures not being included).
