Spine is damaged - back hinge is loose, so binding has movement, but all pages are secure and the cover is not coming off ; otherwise book is in good shape, pages show some reading wear and there's a split on top corner at spine with some rubbing - most likely the book was dropped at this point, which caused the spine damage - pages are clean and free of marks.
