Coverage Estimate: One 10-gram tube covers approximately a 3″ × 3″ skin area. For larger tattoos or multi-hour sessions, make sure to use as many tubes as necessary to maintain the recommended thickness over the entire target zone.

6-Step Application Guide

Wash & Cleanse

Wash the procedure area thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. Ensure the skin is completely dry before moving to step 2.

Initial Base Layer (Rub-In)

Apply a thick portion of numbing cream directly onto the skin and rub it in thoroughly until well-distributed.

Second Heavy Layer (1/8" or 3–5 mm)

Spread a second, heavy layer of cream (1/8″ or 3–5 mm thick) over the entire target area. Do not rub this layer in.

Wrap with Plastic (Saran Wrap)

Cover the cream completely with plastic wrap. The trapped thermal heat under the wrap activates the numbing formulation and stops it from drying out.

Leave in Place for 2 Hours

Keep the plastic wrap on for a full 2 hours prior to beginning your procedure. For large tattoos spanning several hours, remove the wrap and cream in sections as your artist progresses.

Long-Lasting Relief (1–4 Hours)

Skin typically remains numb for 1 to 4 hours after removal, depending on your individual skin type and placement on the body.
