Vintage:  cast steel, matching pair of cabinet latches, each with a brass turn knob and matching keeper. 

On each the brass knob turns easily to allow the door to be opened. Spring is still strong, overall length of both pieces when in place is 2 5/8 inches, width is about 2 1/16" inches.  Appear to have the original black paint.  Very nice!
