I have cleaned everything off the machine and installed a clean / fresh version of Windows 10 pro, and installed all the windows 10 updates, I have  installed all the Lenovo driver updates (as at November 2024).

(legally speaking you will need to activate the license yourself from Microsoft)   

The PC has lots of USB and monitor ports (VGA and DisplayPort so you can use  h 2 monitors) - please see the pictures.
