A truly stunning large antique bowl, with a glorious lustre decoration featuring a rare abstract kelp seaweed pattern.

Made in England, around 1920, by Burgess and Leigh, this very beautiful piece is part of the Burleigh Ware range and has a particularly attractive green lustre exterior complemented by a very effective reflective interior with gorgeous coppery red tones that change in different light.

A really fabulous example that will make a fine addition to any collection.

Measures approx. 21cm width x 8cm high.

In good condition, with no chips or cracks, there is some wear to the interior and some light loss to the gold rim.
