This unit is covered by a 6 month parts only warranty this does not include labour. Also not covered by parts warranty are: Items that have become faulty due to misuse, accidental damage, bulbs, fryer baskets and lids, fuses, glass and improper installation.Fitted with overheat thermostat for additional protection.

For parts warranty requests, please send us a message, along with your order number, the part required and date of purchase. This will enable us to quickly find your order and get the correct part sent out to you for the correct item. Parts are delivered within 3-4 working days, for a quicker service please send us a message, however this may incur a cost.

The price shown is inclusive of VAT

Payment must be made less than 24 hours after the auction ends, if not, the item will be cancelled and relisted

Invoicing A VAT invoice can be provided upon completion of the purchase. Please ask if this is required upon paying for an item. Our invoices are hand written at the time of purchase and can not be issued after a period of 90 days.

Delivery Of New Items

Deliveries on new items are as quoted on eBay, as much as we hope that the item gets to you on time and in the proper condition this is not always the case, in these instances we ask that you contact us via eBay to record any problems that you may have. Our aim is to get back in contact with you within 2 hours of you sending a message between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Delivery Of Large Items

On larger items, we offer a 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour delivery service to the UK mainland, other areas may have a longer time scale, please contact us for more information regarding delivery and prices. Delivery is by pallet and will be to the doorstep only.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If an item has been sent to you and you have not been in, 90% of the time the courier will either post a card, leave in a safe place or leave with neighbour.

In some instances the item may be returned to the delivery depot and you will have to collect.

If you have paid for delivery, for example on a large item, and there has been a failed delivery attempt which is your error, this will incur a re-delivery charge which is non-negotiable. Please be wary when ordering an item, that someone is there on the delivery date.

Damages

Damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Failure to report any damages within this time scale will result in a void claim. This is the time scale each carrier gives us.

With all our products you have a 30 day returns policy from the day you purchased the item, unless otherwise stated on the eBay advert.

If you wish to return a product because you do not want it or have ordered by mistake, you must contact us regarding the issue, before sending it back. Once we have replied back, the package or item must be returned in the condition it was received by you, the customer. If it returns to us in a un-acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

If an item is being returned due to damage, we will cover the postage. Contact us with the issue and we will reply back with the steps to get the item retuned back. If you wish to keep the item we may be able to offer you a partial refund.
