Dear Mother Mary, you know better than anyone else the deep joy of the Lord's presence and the deep longing our hearts can feel for Him. This Advent season, we remember again His coming among us and prepare our hearts for His return in glory. Help us, dear Mother, and dear Saint Joseph, to find and enter the quiet place within, where the Spirit of the Lord dwells. Pray for us, that we might prepare our hearts to receive Jesus and celebrate His birth. Help us be mindful of others, especially the poor, and make a special effort to serve them this holy season. Finally, may we embrace Jesus, as you did, on that holy night, and receive Him so deeply in our hearts, never to depart. Amen.
