Return Policy; please read carefully:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days in the same condition you received with a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return (for example: "too big") and we will refund your money less restocking fee (20%). Buyers will pay for return shipping.
 
Exchange: Due to rapidly turning over inventory, we are not able to hold an item for exchange. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you go ahead and purchase the new pair you want so we can ship it out to you immediately.  You will then see a refund applied back to your account once your return item is received.
 
Damaged/Defective Items: If you happen to receive an item that was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately before returning the shoe.  We are always happy to work with our buyers to ensure a positive transaction.
