From the Friend of the Devils April 1978 Box Set, This sixth show of that spring tour was at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, on April 12th of 1978. This 3 CD set is the full  show soundboard from the new box set. This box set was numbered 09982 of 10000. Never played. This is not the standard release which they pick one show from each boxset and release an additional 25000 with a different cover.
