NEW with tags. Travel Gear Case/Cosmetic Black Luggage Carry On With Lock & Keys. Black with yellow stripe. Does have scuffs on bottom. Although I didn’t attempt to wipe them, I believe they can be cleaned off. Pretty firm & sturdy without being an actual hard plastic case.
