This is an original Wright Cyclone R-1300-3 aircraft engine data plate. It is a take off from a run out R-1300. It measures 5 inches by 3 inches. All original nomenclature is present. It has the AN acceptance stamp and is dated with an accepted date of  04-24-53. Variants of the R-1300 were used in many applications to include the T-28 Trojan, a beefy aircraft for sure.
