We sadly do not cover any cosmetic damage to your watch from use or any wear and tear. If you break the watch movement by dropping it, or some other accident, we cannot help you, as that declassifies the watch.

We completely understand, and we are here to help you. If you damage your watch in some way, we can offer you a hand to repair your watch. Start by sending us an email with details of the damage. We will assess the damage, and inform you if we can repair the watch, along with the cost of repair.
After we agree on terms, send us your watch, and we will personally make sure its up and running again. We will source the parts, take it to the repair shop, and send the watch back to you. We will only charge you for the shipping, parts, and labor, at no profit to ourselves. Since we regularly deal with these circumstances, we can save you the hassle of finding a reliable repair shop, arguing for a price, and making sure the parts are authentic.
