Excellent City of Fremantle crest on wooden mount, presented on behalf of the cities mayor and councillors to Captain R A Cooper  OBE  the commanding officer of RFA Bayleaf of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary is 1986.

Plaque and certificate are in excellent condition, but the box has split on all corners.
